What is it like to work at UKCF?
UKCF is a flexible-working organisation with staff based across the UK, embedded in the communities we serve, stretching around the nation.
Each member of the team can be fully home based, work from the office of their nearest community foundation or combine the two approaches according to their situation and preference. We make good use of online tools and channels, for both formal meetings and informal catch-ups, to ensure that we all stay in touch and work effectively together.
UKCF is made of a small, friendly and supportive team. We make time to catch up socially as well as to work. We meet in person throughout the year for departmental development and connection. This helps us to build on our strategy and working relationships, and to learn more about the vital projects and programmes our network supports.
Each member of staff has a supported learning journey and is encouraged to take two volunteering days each year to give time to the causes that we are passionate about.
Vacancies:
The Partnerships and Insight team develops and delivers UKCF’s UK-wide funding partnerships, working with funders, community foundations and partners to bring resources and support into local communities.
We’re recruiting for three roles in the team: two Partnerships and Insight Managers and a Data and Insight Manager, who will work closely together:
Partnerships and Insight Manager
Location: Remote
Contract type: Full time (35 hours per week) permanent
Salary: £40,500 - £45,900 per year

In this role, you will turn partnerships into progressive, inclusive onward grant-making programmes, supporting delivery from initial design through to reporting, learning and relationship management. You will manage a varied portfolio, making sure partnerships are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Data and Insight Manager
Location: Remote
Contract type: Full time (35 hours per week) fixed two years
Salary: £40,500 - £45,900 per year

In this role, you will lead data and insight work behind our large-scale funding partnerships, primarily, and feed into our wider learning and insight activity. You will help design how we learn from partnerships, by collecting and analysing the data they generate, and turn it into insight that government, funders, community foundations and colleagues can use.
