About me
I provide Salesforce support to our members. My professional background includes experience in the public transport industry as a system administrator, social media analyst, and most recently, as a Salesforce Administrator.
What I do
I provide support with Salesforce administrative tasks, including optimising layouts for improved user experience, assisting in the creation of reports and dashboards, collecting information for requested enhancements and implementing changes as required.
Outside of work
In my free time, I enjoy learning about science and technology, listening to music and I do occasionally get around to playing some video games, too!
