What I do
As Partnerships and Insight Manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations of UKCF’s national partnerships. I manage the smooth running of partnership programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to consistently high standards.
I also support the development of new partnership programmes, embedding community foundation perspectives through structured codesign, collaboration and convening. My work combines hands-on programme management and strategic contribution, with a focus on building strong relationships and ensuring our programmes deliver meaningful impact for communities across the UK.
About me
I’ve spent 20 years in client services and digital marketing, helping teams and organisations grow through strong relationships, clear communication and driving commercial targets across multiple sectors. Following a career break, I decided to retrain as a counsellor and join a new sector which allows me to apply my skills in ways that create genuine value for communities.
Outside of work
I live beside the river and canals in Leeds, and I try to spend as much time as I can outdoors and walking. I enjoy reading translated Japanese and Korean fiction, attending music festivals and travelling.
