Network Digital Transformation Lead

lgrocott@ukcommunityfoundations.org

What I do

My objective is to create and implement a Grant/Donor management system that is cost effective and flexible enough to meet the differing needs of all the foundations across the UKCF network.

This involves consulting and working directly with the network and leading the MaxTech Committee and Third-Party agencies to create a solution and manage the complex migration to completion. Whilst also overseeing our legacy Salesforce CRM and ensuring it is fit for purpose as we deliver the transformation project.

About me

I have over 20 years’ experience as a leader and strategic business transformation manager, working in a variety of roles for not for profit, public and private sector organisations.

I have spent the last 7 years developing & implementing Salesforce across both a large national charity. More recently I worked with The London Community Foundation and Leeds Community Foundation, aligning business processes to support the needs of operations, sales, grant making, fundraising, legal, and finance departments.

Outside of work

Being from Liverpool (The Blue half of the city) football takes up most of my evenings and weekends, as I am Vice Chairman of my local grassroots football club where I have also coached my son’s team for over 10 years. When not stood on a cold pitch side, you will probably find me with my head stuck in my Kindle whilst listening to music.
