Kevin joined the UKCF Board in October 2020. Kevin Richmond has been Chief Executive of Sussex Community Foundation since the charity was launched in 2006. He has led the Foundation from its beginning to one which is projected to award £3.8m in grants in 2020-21 with an endowment of £24m. He is deeply committed to the role of community foundations in providing a service to philanthropists and supporting the grassroots of local communities.
Prior to joining Sussex Community Foundation, Kevin had a career in a wide range of voluntary organisations, working in homelessness, HIV Prevention, with young people, older people, and running a Carers Centre. He holds an MA in Social Work.
