Anushka Nagpal

I have over 11 years of experience leading strategy and transformation engagements in the corporate and public sectors. My previous roles include working as a management consultant specialising in data analytics, digital product/services strategy, operating model, and implementing agile approaches to delivery. 

I gained an MPA from LSE and later joined the Civil Service, working across a wide range of government departments, including the Cabinet Office, advising on the digital transformation agenda.

I am passionate about supporting young girls and women in accessing equal economic opportunities, and fostering gender equality at workplaces.
