Community Foundations are uniquely placed to provide in-depth knowledge of their communities. With the findings of the research, Community Foundations can address the needs of people living in the community.
Despite the UK being a relatively affluent country, pockets of deprivation and poverty still exist in parts of the country. Disadvantaged communities are often overlooked in counties which are considered to be wealthy.
