To meet the diverse needs of the network, UKCF are offering a range of activities to support learning and provide opportunities for collaboration.

  • A core Community Foundation Leadership Programme will offer an intensive and experiential opportunity to an annual cohort of CEOs, through a series of residential workshops, action learning sets and project work over a period of six months. The workshops will offer a space to explore leadership behaviours and relationship building, while the action learning sets and projects will offer the opportunity to practice skills and develop habits of excellence in philanthropy, grant-making and community leadership. More details are available here.
  • UKCF is here to support learning, leadership and development throughout the network. Our webinars and events aim to share good practice from within the network and the sector more broadly around key areas of need or exciting opportunities for innovation. Contact Kezia Jackson-Harman to discuss ways that we could support you and your teams.

All of these will share common objectives to develop philanthropy, grant-making and community leadership, using differing formats and activities to enable established and emerging leaders to explore, enhance and embed their approaches.
