What I do

My role is centred around providing CRM support for our network of community foundations. This includes assisting with a wide range of support and training requests relating to Salesforce, as well as developing the system to increase its effectiveness and to ensure that it meets the varying needs of the entire network.

 

About me

I have over 12 years’ experience working in data and administration for mainly non-profit and education-based organisations. I have spent the majority of the past 4 years working as a Salesforce Systems Administrator, firstly for a homelessness charity, followed by UKCF. My focus has largely been on systems development and improvement, which I particularly enjoy, and delivering comprehensive support and training to the multiple organisations using the CRM system.  

 

Outside of work

In my spare time you will find me creating art, walking, and spending time with my dog. I spend a lot of my evenings gaming, reading or completing crosswords, but you will also frequently find me watching one of my vast collections of terrible monster B-movies.
